The Krishi Vigyan Kendra has very well developed administrative building having classrooms, audio visual hall. New facilities of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Delhi was inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister of Delhi Smt. Sheila Dixit on 31th April 2011 in the presence of the other dignitaries.


The Krishi Vigyan Kendra possesses 40 acres of land that is fully under cultivation of crops relevant to the area. The main purpose of the farm is to demonstrate the latest agricultural practices. It also acts as a tool to do applied research on agricultural technologies & undertake trials before their transfer to farmers.

Soil lab

This well equipped laboratory analyses soil & water samples at free of cost. The laboratory is supported with computer software for more precise interpretation of results.

Every soil sample is analyzed for twelve parameters such as pH, Electric Conductivity, Organic Carbon, available Nitrogen, available Phosphorus, & available Potassium, Exchangeable Sodium, Calcium & Magnesium content.

Plant Health Lab

Plant Health Lab – Farmers comes with pest affected plants & after identification of those affected plants eco- friendly advice is given.

Training Hall

Auditorium – With capacity of 100 farmers with Projector and sound facility.

Conference Room

The digital conference room with facility of 50 seating.
